Rhys/Introduction
Rhys Blackthorne, second son of the noble House of Blackthorne, had successfully separated himself from the eyes and judgment of the peerage in one of the more classic acts of rebellion. He joined the Army. It was a good move that suited him well, rising up through the ranks and recruited into UKSF as a Major. Most days he was half a world away from British nobility, and while his duty was hard (and classified), it was deeply fulfilling. Circumstances, or perhaps fate, blew an ill wind that saw an end to Rhys's father and brother within the course of a year. The Crown exerted its might, and Rhys was called home to take up the Viscount title of his family. Now Lord Blackthorne is settling into his new role, and attempting to make it his own.
